Your continued access or use of the Website after such modifications have been posted shall indicate your acceptance and agreement to be bound by this User Agreement as modified. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Little Warriors be liable for any damages relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction based on the content, information, products or services or other material available through the Website or linked sites. Little Warriors will not be responsible for any damages or losses related to, the accuracy, currency or completeness of the content, information, products or services or other material obtained through the Website or linked sites. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in no event shall Little Warriors, its affiliates, its governing board, officers, agents, employees, partners, funders and suppliers be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages or damages for loss of income or profits.

Indemnification

Little Warriors’ logo, and "Little Warriors", are both trademarks used by Little Warriors under licence.

Compliance with Laws and Governing Law

This User Agreement, any and all other notices, policies and statements contained on the Website (as the same may be amended by Little Warriors from time to time without prior notice) constitute the entire agreement between Little Warriors and you. This User Agreement cannot be modified except as described elsewhere herein. This User Agreement supersedes anything in the Website inconsistent with this User Agreement. No delay or failure to exercise any right or any non-compliance by you, the user, with respect to the terms of this User Agreement shall be construed as a waiver by Little Warriors. No waiver of any of this User Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term of condition.

Severability

If in any jurisdiction any part of this User Agreement is held, by a court of competent jurisdiction, to be invalid or unenforceable, such part of this User Agreement shall be restricted or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary with respect to that jurisdiction, and the remaining User Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. If such invalid or unenforceable provision may be modified to become valid and enforceable, such provision will be deemed to be modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the greatest extent allowed by law.
