Who Can Volunteer?
Any person 18 years of age and older can volunteer with Little Warriors. No experience is required. A time commitment is mandatory for the position of the Volunteer Facilitator. There is no time commitment required outside of this role.
What to Expect
Volunteers can expect to be treated as a valuable member of the Little Warriors team. Little Warriors aims to provide a secure and supportive environment. When applicable an orientation will be provided prior to each event for all volunteers.

Edmonton Eskimos Football Games
This is your opportunity to get involved! No experience necessary and you get to come out and enjoy some Football Games at Commonwealth Stadium.
We are looking for volunteers to help at each event to work the concession. Training will be provided. View the job descriptions here.
Please view the schedule of the upcoming games. Come out for one, a couple, or all home games. We would love to have you! Put together a group of friends or co-workers and come out and have some fun.

CN Canadian Women’s Open in Edmonton
We have been given an amazing opportunity! The CN Canadian Women’s Open will be held at the Royal Mayfair Golf Club in Edmonton, August 19 – August 25th, 2013. Little Warriors will have concession stands throughout the event and we are looking to fill 163 volunteer shifts.
The event in itself will provide amazing exposure and awareness. On top of that, Spectrum Events will be making a sizeable donation to Little Warriors. And, all tips that are left, are 100% Little Warriors.
Here are the details:
- Concession stands
- Shifts are 6-8 hours. We can split shifts, as we understand it may be hard to commit to that long of a shift
- Duties: Take orders, Cook, Cash Register, and Serve alcohol
- We are in charge of the stands we run, fully!!

Casino
Volunteers will be needed in the first quarter of 2014 in Edmonton, AB to assist with a casino fundraiser. Positions available are banker, cashier, chip runner, count room supervisor, and count room worker. The day shift runs from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the evening shift runs from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Count Room Staff are expected between 9:30 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. Please email volunteer@littlewarriors.ca if you are interested in volunteering for this event.
Administration
From time to time Little Warriors is in need of general administrative assistance. Positions will vary.
