I thought I knew what pushing my limits meant—until I took on the 6-hour 'Unbeatable Warriors' Navy SEALs training. The relentless physical and mental challenges pushed me further than I thought possible. The instructors were tough but motivating, driving us to find strength in discomfort and resilience in exhaustion.
What made this challenge even more meaningful was knowing our efforts and fundraising supported Little Warriors, an incredible organization helping children who have experienced sexual abuse. While we fought through temporary discomfort, we were reminded of the true warriors—young survivors finding their strength every day.
By the end, I wasn’t just physically stronger—I had a renewed sense of purpose. This training reinforced that with resilience, support, and the right mindset, we can overcome anything. It’s more than a challenge—it’s a way to stand up for those who need us most.

I spent time with other counsellors, I even had to go to the hospital lots before because I was suicidal...now I know some real strategies that help me. I think I'm going to become a staff at the Ranch when I get older.
