Little Warriors is thrilled to welcome Alison Hagan to our team as Director of Philanthropy.
Alison brings more than 20 years of fundraising and nonprofit leadership experience to Little Warriors, a career defined by building meaningful relationships, forging lasting partnerships, and leading teams that create real change in communities across Western Canada.
Before joining Little Warriors, Alison held senior leadership roles with STARS Air Ambulance and MS Canada, where she led major fundraising initiatives, corporate partnerships, signature events, and community-based programs alongside donors, sponsors, volunteers, and organizations who shared a commitment to something bigger than themselves.
Alison was drawn to Little Warriors by its unwavering dedication to the prevention of child sexual abuse and its trauma-informed approach to treatment and support for children, youth, and families. She believes deeply in the power of philanthropy to bring people together around causes that truly matter, and we couldn't agree more.
